Newton, NJ — January 19 — Operating out of 189 Halsey Road in Augusta, the Hampton Township Fire & Rescue was called to a car accident near 200 Fairview Avenue. In order to enable emergency personnel to work safely, Fairview Avenue was closed in both directions at both Lakeview Drive intersections as a result of the incident. In order to secure the site, control traffic, and handle crash-related dangers, firefighters collaborated with EMS and law police.

Roadway incident management routinely includes temporary road closures, which lower the likelihood of additional accidents involving drivers and responders. The significance of slowing down and adhering to designated detours is constantly emphasized by traffic safety professionals. While emergency procedures were finished and the road was cleared, drivers were advised to arrange other routes.
