In celebration of the men and women who serve their communities as law enforcement officers and the sacrifices they make while performing their duties, the Berkeley Heights Fire Department observed National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day on January 9. Members of the fire department thanked police personnel across the country, with the Berkeley Heights Police Department receiving particular praise.
