Bridgewater, NJ — January 13 — A reported fire in Hillsborough Township prompted the Finderne Fire Department, located at 672 E. Main Street in Bridgewater, to react on a mutual-aid assignment.

To support businesses already in operation, Chief 30, Deputy 30, Assistant 30, and Rescue 30 were sent to the scene. As assigned, Finderne staff supported fireground operations while integrating into the incident command structure. To help control the situation and ensure scene safety, crews collaborated with the Hillsborough Township Fire Department and other mutual-aid partners. No further details about casualties or damage were disclosed. The Somerset County fire departments' coordinated operations and resource sharing are still supported by mutual-aid responses.
