Mutual Aid Response Leads to Extrication in Kingston

Kingston, NH — 15th December — An early-morning car accident near the intersection of Whittier Street and Highland Street prompted the Kingston Fire Department to react. The Newton Fire Department provided mutual aid support in handling the incident. When firefighters arrived, they evaluated the situation and found that one person was stuck inside a car. In order to securely remove the patient while preserving scene safety, firefighters started extrication operations.


After being set free, the person was assessed and taken by Newton Fire to Lawrence General Hospital for additional medical care. While emergency actions were in progress, traffic control measures were implemented. In order to provide prompt care and efficient handling of roadway occurrences during early morning hours, the response emphasizes regular collaboration across nearby departments.
