As Jay Kelly's processional neared Wethersfield, members of the Wethersfield Volunteer Fire Department were both devastated and honoured to honour him. In honour of Jay's service and the close ties that exist within the fire service community, firefighters hoisted the department flag as a sign of respect and remember.
