Gorham Fire & EMS Recognizes Service and Dedication in 2025

On Friday, January 9, members of the Gorham Fire & EMS gathered for their annual holiday party and awards dinner, an event that recognizes service, dedication, and commitment to the department and the community. The evening provided an opportunity for members, families, and supporters to come together and reflect on the accomplishments of 2025.
During the awards ceremony, several members were honored for milestones and outstanding contributions. Fifteen Years of Service awards were presented to Firefighter Paul Santos and Lieutenant Jessica Lozeau. The Officer’s Award was presented to Firefighter Bridgette Santy and Firefighter Wesley Fillion. AEMT Heather Gagnon was recognized as Squad Member of the Year, while Firefighter of the Year honors were awarded to Lieutenant Rob Esty and Captain Patrick Sanschagrin.
AEMT Heather Gagnon, Firefighter Craig Fillion, Firefighter Bridgette Santy, Firefighter Adam Saucier, Lieutenant Jessica Lozeau, Captain Matt Dustin, Captain Patrick Sanschagrin, and Assistant Chief Dana Horne were given the Chief's Award in recognition of their outstanding leadership and service over the course of the year.
Chief Philip Cloutier expressed gratitude to all department employees, their families, and the community for their unwavering support into 2025. Town and Country was also thanked for providing the location for the festivities once more.
