9,241 fire and EMS incidents were handled by the Falmouth Fire/Rescue in 2025, which represents a 2.7 percent increase in service requests from the Town of Falmouth's citizens and guests. The department's dedication to prompt, expert response and the ongoing expansion of community demands were reflected in the increase in activity.

Throughout the year, a number of significant turning points improved operational readiness. To increase coverage in that area, Station 6, which has a fire engine, ambulance, and brush breaker, opened on Sandwich Road in Hatchville in July. In collaboration with other departments, the department deployed a new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system in the middle of the year to enhance coordination and response effectiveness. In order to improve turnout times and replace decades-old infrastructure, a contemporary fire station alerting system was also implemented.

The department dealt with 9,241 events in total in 2025. 131 fire responses and 7,171 rescue and emergency medical situations comprised this activity, accounting for the majority of service requests. Throughout the year, crews also responded to 194 service calls and 186 hazardous condition calls. Furthermore, there were 983 false alert or false call answers and 533 calls with good intentions. Severe weather and natural disaster incidents accounted for seven responses, while 35 calls fell under special incident types.
