Assistant Chief Joe Constantino Steps Down After 14 Years in Shelton

Joe Constantino will be leaving the Chief's Office on January 1, 2026, following 14 years of devoted service as Assistant Chief (Car 3) with the Shelton Fire Department, representing Huntington Fire Company No. 3. Assistant Chief Constantino has been an active member for 35 years and has served the department and Company 3 for 22 years in a variety of capacities. He was well-known for his unwavering professionalism, dedication to the work, and sense of humour throughout his tenure as a leader, which helped direct crews on both regular calls and difficult situations.
