Readsboro Fire Department Launches Annual 50/50 Raffle Fundraiser

Jan. 4, 2026 — The Readsboro Fire Department is once again asking the community to lend its support through the department’s annual 50/50 raffle fundraiser, one of its largest fundraising efforts of the year.
Tickets are available for $50 per year, giving participants a chance to win monthly drawings beginning March 2, with entries remaining active for 12 total drawings. The deadline to purchase tickets is Feb. 16.
All proceeds from the raffle directly support the Readsboro Fire Department, helping fund the purchase of new equipment and essential supplies used in fire and rescue operations. Organizers say community participation plays a vital role in maintaining the department’s ability to respond to emergencies year-round.
