On December 13, 2025, members of the North Bennington Fire Department gathered with family and friends for their annual Christmas Party, continuing a cherished tradition that brings the department and community together at the close of the year.

Held once again at the firehouse of Bennington Rural Fire Department Company #1, the evening was filled with holiday spirit, laughter, and appreciation for the dedication of volunteers and their loved ones. The event highlighted the strong bonds that extend beyond emergency responses—showcasing the fire service as a family built on service, support, and community pride.

Children enjoyed festive decorations and special moments with Santa Claus, while adults shared food, conversation, and reflections on the past year. The gathering served as a heartfelt thank-you to the families who support firefighters year-round and to the neighboring department that once again opened its doors to host the celebration.
