Galloway EMS Reports More Than 10,800 Calls for Service in 2025

January 6, 2026 — Galloway Township Ambulance Squad announced that its crews responded to 10,814 calls for service throughout 2025, providing emergency medical care across Atlantic and Burlington counties. The responses included advanced life support emergencies, medical helicopter fly-outs, public relations details, and assistance to AtlantiCare with non-emergency transports. Career EMS personnel operated around the clock to protect more than 53,000 residents in one of New Jersey’s largest townships and surrounding communities.


Officials thanked their municipal and emergency service partners in Galloway Township, Port Republic, Egg Harbor City, Bass River Township, Absecon, and neighboring areas for their continued trust and support, noting that strong community partnerships help keep ambulances staffed, equipped, and ready to respond 24/7.
