On January 6th at 11:30 am the Hereford, East Greenville, Pennsburg, Upper milford Western District, and Eastern Berks fire companies and Bally EMS were dispatched for a dwelling fire at 950 Gravel pike in Hereford Township. Chief 58 arrived on scene and had a chimney fire with extension to the wall in the attic and he transmitted a working fire, Tanker 58 arrived on scene and advanced a line to the attic to get to the fire in the wall and ladder 38 and tower 65 arrived on scene and put there aerials up to the roof to take of the chimney fire.
