CORAM, NY - On January 4th, the Coram Fire Department was activated for a reported apartment fire on Townhouse Drive. 5-6-32 quickly got on the road and dispatched informed him that it was a reported garage fire with extension to the apartments. 32 arrived on scene, found heavy fire throughout and called an exterior operation. Ladder 1 arrived on scene, stretched a line and started extinguishing the fire. Truck 1 also arrived on scene and started tower ops. Additional Coram units extinguished all fire and found no one hurt. Crews went back into service within three hours later.
