On December 5, 2025, the Philadelphia Second Alarmers responded to a home fire on Run 592. Box 1015 at 16th and Tasker Streets was the location of the reaction. A two-story house with a lot of smoke visible on the second floor was reported by Engine 10. While operations were underway, two engines and two ladder companies were put into duty by the fire department units. Second Alarmers helped members working on the site until conditions calmed and set up firefighter rehabilitation services on the fireground.
