On December 5, 2025, the Philadelphia Second Alarmers responded to a building fire on Run 591. Box 1224 at Main Street and Roxborough Avenue received the response. Quint 35 reported smoke coming from a three-story structure. While operations were underway, two engines and two ladder companies were put into duty by the fire department units. Philadelphia Second Alarmers assisted members working on the spot until conditions calmed and set up firefighter rehabilitation services on the fireground.
