On December 4, 2025, the Philadelphia Second Alarmers reacted to a building evacuation on Run 589. Box 0114, located at 13th and Lombard Streets, received the response. Engine 1 reported that an eighteen-story structure was experiencing a power loss. While firefighters evaluated circumstances and helped with operations, fire department units sent two engines and two ladder companies. Firefighter rehabilitation services were set up on the fireground by Philadelphia Second Alarmers. Throughout the prolonged operation, members helped response personnel.
