Second Alarmers Provide Rehab Support at City Hall Event

Philadelphia — December 5 — During the Holiday Tree Lighting detail, the Philadelphia Second Alarmers responded on Run 588 to City Hall to assist with rehabilitation. Members of the Second Alarmers assisted the Philadelphia Police Department officers assigned to the scene. Rehab services, such as relaxation and hydration assistance, were set up to help cops throughout the lengthy detail.
