On December 3, 2025, the Philadelphia Second Alarmers responded to a home fire on Run 587. Box 5952, located at 22nd Street and Indiana Avenue, received the answer. A two-story home fire, including the roof area, was reported by Engine 59. While suppression attempts were underway, other companies worked on the fireground.

During the disaster, Philadelphia Second Alarmers created and offered firefighter rehabilitation programs. During operations, members provided rest, water, and monitoring to fire departments. Rehab services continued until conditions on the scene stabilized and workers could cycle through.
