Pennsylvania — December 17 — The Neversink Fire Company responded to six incidents during the course of 48 hours, including a return to the Lebanon City fire early in the morning due to a suspected reignite. Many of the same volunteers responded to many events throughout the busy period, and several of the responses needed prolonged operations. The department's Amazon Wishlist, which gives locals a way to help if they are unable to volunteer, is another way that company representatives recognized ongoing community support. While other goods help with everyday station operations, donated items have been installed on equipment to support firemen during prolonged events.
