Today the Columbus Division of Fire Auxiliary had a training class on saws. Which went over proper use and maintenance. Columbus Fire instructor was on hand to assist. After a refresher briefing on the equipment, the crew headed out to the saw area of the academy. This area has several logs, rebar, and other items to practice different cutting scenarios. It was a cold rainy day, but several evolutions were done before calling it a day.
