In November, the Windsor Locks Fire Department honored Chief Gary Ruggiero for his 50 years of service to the department. Chief Ruggiero began as a cadet in 1968, and at the age of 21 became a regular member. In 2004, Gary was named Chief of the Windsor Locks Fire Department. Congratulations Chief!
