Photo by RON JEFFERSOn the morning of November 9th, North Hudson firefighters, who went off duty from Group 1, assembled at Redds Tavern in Carlstdat to honor their retired Deputy Chief, Anthony Venezia, center. The restaurant was also packed with family and friends for the breakfast celebration, which beat the Jets crowd for their 1 p.m. game. And they won! The highly respected chief served for 35-years, starting his career with the former North Bergen Fire Department.
