First Coast Navy Fire & Emergency Services has recently taken delivery of a 2021 Oshkosh Striker 3000 6x6 apparatus. Crash 142 is assigned to Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL. This apparatus is equipped with a 3000-gallon water tank, 300-gallon Class B foam tank and 150 pounds of PKP. Crash 142 is configured with a 500-gpm roof mounted turret, a 250-gpm front bumper turret and is also equipped with under truck nozzles. This apparatus is equipped with Hurst extrication equipment and has Whelen LED emergency and scene lights.
