The Far Hills-Bedminster Fire Department handled 70 calls for service in September, making it the department’s busiest month of the year so far, according to its monthly update.
Along with responding to emergencies throughout Far Hills and parts of Bedminster Township, the volunteer department welcomed four new members during the month. The department joined the Firemen’s Convention, the Tunnel to Towers 5 K Run & Walk, and a golf outing.
