Branchville Hose Company No. 1 Takes Top Honors at Sussex County Parade

— October 3, 2026 —  The Sussex County Firemen’s Association held its 106th Inspection Day and Parade in Sussex, New Jersey, attended by fire departments from across the county, with Branchville Hose Company No. present. One reported earning four awards for its apparatus and marching units. 

The Sussex Fire Department organized the yearly gathering, which united nearby fire groups to honor the county’s volunteer service, show off equipment, and keep a cherished tradition of lighthearted rivalry alive.
