Keith Darling Sworn In as Northborough Fire Chief

Keith Darling began his role as Northborough’s fire chief on Monday, October 5, in a ceremony with family, friends, former Franklin Fire Department colleagues, and new department members. 

Town Clerk Damian Bartek administered the oath as Darling formally assumed leadership of the Northborough Fire Department. Darling commenced his new position on Saturday, October 3. 

Darling became a member of Northborough following his tenure as a battalion chief and paramedic at the Franklin Fire Department. He was appointed after the Northborough Select Board voted unanimously in September to name him the town's new fire chief.
