Manchester 8th District Fire Department celebrated Halloween this year! Members took some time to plan, design and gather decorations. Shout out to Company 3 Captain Joe McGuire for taking the time to decorate, and shout out to Sara, her sister Shelby, and the paid staff for putting lights up at our Station 3.
