As part of a countywide fire prevention initiative, Cook has been delivering smoke detectors to fire departments across Huntingdon County. The donated alarms provide local departments with a chance to assist families in enhancing fire safety at home.

The donation also underscores the important role local fire companies serve in public education and in helping mitigate fire risks before emergencies arise.
