Florence Fire Department Recognized Firefighter David Klenk

Florence, N.J. — September 24 — Firefighter David Klenk successfully finished his probationary year with the Florence Township Fire Department, which represents a significant milestone in his journey as a member of the team.
Klenk's probationary period served as a critical foundation for gaining knowledge about firefighting, developing practical skills, and acquiring the abilities necessary to work safely within an emergency response team.
During this first year, probationary firefighters continued to learn through various training programs, department operations, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
The Florence Township Fire Department is based at 401 Firehouse Lane and offers fire suppression and emergency medical services to the community.
The department describes its personnel as trained and certified team members who provide fire suppression, hazard identification, fire prevention, and emergency medical services.
