In August 2026, the Stewartsville Volunteer Fire Company responded to 40 service calls, maintaining a high level of activity for the all-volunteer department that serves Greenwich Township in Warren County. By the end of August, the company had recorded 274 service calls in 2026.
In August, there were 19 EMS assists, nine automatic fire alarms, two appliance fires, two calls to aid police or manage traffic, two motor vehicle accidents, two structure fires, one carbon monoxide incident, one gas leak, one smoke investigation, and one vehicle fire.
