Members of the Hope Volunteer Fire Department commemorated the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks by honoring those who lost their lives, remembering the families impacted, and paying tribute to the first responders who acted in the aftermath.

A fragment of World Trade Center steel in Hope Township serves as a tangible reminder of the attacks and the emergency responders who served on that day. The department used the anniversary to contemplate the significance of remembering September 11 and ensuring those memories are passed on to future generations.

Warren County’s 2026 9/11 memorial schedule included a ceremony at the Hope Volunteer Fire Department, located at 416 Hope-Blairstown Road, set to begin at 9 a.m.
