Curiale and Grier Sworn In as New Burlington Township Firefighters

Burlington Township, N.J. — September 10, 2026 — Two of Burlington Township Fire Department’s newest members were formally sworn in at the Board of Fire Commissioners meeting on Thursday evening.
Commissioner Anthony Ciasca swore in Brian Curiale and Jonasia Grier, officially welcoming them as they start their roles with the township fire department.
The Burlington Township Fire Department consists of three volunteer fire companies Independent Fire Company No. 1, Beverly Road Fire Company No. 2 and Relief Fire Company No. 3. The department provides services to about 22,500 residents in an area of 14.72 square miles and handles fires, motor vehicle collisions, and other emergencies.
