Prior to the merger of the Mechanicsburg FD the borough operated 2 stations (Washington & Citizens) the Citizens operated this 1986 Sutphen (1500/750) as Engine 227. This piece was sold to a department in Southeastern, PA before the merger. Within the last few years the piece was placed up for sale and purchased by a private owner with ties to the Mechanicsburg FD.
