CHEEKTOWAGA, NY - Forks Fire Department members conducted a training drill in August that involved the controlled burning of four vehicles. Fire officials said the exercise allowed each firefighter to practice assigned roles and responsibilities in a live-fire scenario. The department described the drill as successful in reinforcing readiness for future emergencies.
