Cinnaminson, NJ - Cinnaminson Fire Department members have conducted an extended training operation on 31 August in Burlington County, working alongside Lenola Volunteer Fire Company Station 313 at an acquired structure scheduled for demolition, the former SweetWater Bar & Grill.

Crews have utilized the vacant building to simulate real-world fireground conditions, focusing on interior search operations with emphasis on basement navigation and victim search techniques under low-visibility conditions. Training has reinforced communication, accountability, and coordinated movement during interior operations.

Firefighters have also conducted interior fire attack drills using various hose lines, practicing advancement techniques, nozzle control, and suppression strategies within confined structural environments. The scenario has provided valuable hands-on experience in managing complex interior layouts and potential below-grade fire conditions.

Over the course of the training evolution, members are continuing to return to the site for additional drills, ensuring repeated exposure to structural firefighting tactics and strengthening inter-agency coordination for future incident response.
