On August 14, the Stamford Volunteer Fire Department conducted another training nite as part of its ongoing efforts to preserve firefighter competencies and operational preparedness.

During the evening, members participated in departmental training. Before those abilities are required on an emergency call, regular training enables firemen to rehearse procedures, operate as a team, and work with their equipment.

The department continued its dedication to keeping personnel ready for calls in the community by describing the event as yet another fantastic training nite.
