The Richmond-Carolina Fire District (RCFD), along with Chief Scott W. Barber, extended congratulations to Lieutenant Ava Bridge for successfully passing her National Registry EMT-A exam. Lt. Bridge has been a dedicated member of the department for many years and is described as an indispensable asset to the community. In addition to her fire service role, she also serves as a dispatcher for the Charlestown Police Department, leads the RCFD Junior Firefighter Program, and oversees the department’s fire safety education initiatives. “Congratulations, Lt.
