CITRUS COUNTY, FL - On August 21, 2025, The Villages Public Safety Department’s Class 2503 conducted their first day of live fire training at the Citrus County Fire Training Center in Lecanto, FL. After an 8 week orientation, members will join the rest of the department’s firefighters in fire stations across The Villages.
