DOWNE TOWNSHIP, NJ — August 7th — On Jorja Aron's birthday, the Downe Township Fire/Rescue and Dive Team honored her as a new member and emphasized her ongoing commitment to the department.

Before formally joining earlier this year, Aron had been about the firehouse for a number of years helping with departmental activities. She currently works for the department's dive team as shore staff and as a first responder.

Members of the department praised Aron and expressed gratitude for her ongoing support and engagement with Station 39.
