— August 12th — At Beggs Point, members of the Whallonsburg Fire Department performed training by flushing the dry hydrant and making sure it was working correctly.
During the exercise, firefighters also practiced using pumps and hoses, reviewing water supply operations and honing skills necessary for fireground responses.
