On July 9, members of the Junior Firefighter Program of the Patchogue Fire Department took part in a hose handling training session.
The exercise included team-building exercises to improve junior members' cooperation and communication while concentrating on teaching fundamental hose handling skills. Participants gained real-world experience in a nurturing training setting through the practical activity.
