On July 4, the Deer Park Volunteer Fire Department participated in the community's celebration of Independence Day and America's 250th anniversary.

Throughout the holiday, firefighters acknowledged the country's historic achievement while staying ready to handle crises. In addition to thanking locals for their ongoing support, department representatives urged everyone to celebrate sensibly while taking in the fireworks and local events.

As it continued to offer 24-hour emergency services, the department wished the community a safe and joyful Independence Day.
