Over Memorial Day weekend, I spent some time in Cape Cod for a wedding and made my way around to some of the nearby fire stations. My first stop was the Chatham Fire Department Station #1. I did a walk-around of Engine 185, a 2018 Rosenbauer with a 750-gallon tank and 2000-GPM pump. The crew also pulled out Tower Ladder 189, a 2015 Rosenbauer 104-ft. aerial with a 500-gallon tank and 1500-GPM pump. In addition, the station houses Car 180, Engine 186, three ambulances, Forestry 187, a UTV, a boat and other equipment. Thanks to the crew for the tour!
