EMS Training Highlights Fire Camp Instruction

Nashua, NH - The Nashua Fire Rescue conducted EMS-focused training as part of its fire camp program, providing participants with hands-on instruction in essential emergency medical skills. Firefighters Emanuelson and Brian Campbell of the Pelham Fire Department led the session, teaching basic emergency medical response, first aid, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).


Participants completed practical training evolutions and achieved CPR certification. The program also included familiarization with ambulance operations, where campers were instructed in proper patient movement techniques using stair chairs and stretchers.


The training initiative emphasized building foundational EMS knowledge and preparing the next generation for future roles in emergency services.
