Ocean Rescue Teams Strengthen Skills Through Lifeguard Training Competition
Hollywood, FL - Hollywood Fire Rescue and Beach Safety’s Ocean Rescue Division conducted a multi-agency lifeguard training exercise, bringing together personnel from Hollywood, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Hallandale Beach.
The event focused on enhancing coordination, endurance, and lifesaving techniques through a series of competitive scenarios designed to simulate real-world rescue conditions. In addition to fostering teamwork and interagency collaboration, the training served as preparation for upcoming national-level competitions.
