Upper St. Clair, PA. — June 25 — Together with Waterways of Southwestern Pennsylvania, the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department finished its yearly fire hose and ground ladder testing. The inspections verified that the equipment fulfilled established safety and performance criteria and was still prepared for emergency response. Annual testing enhances firefighter safety and operational dependability by identifying wear or damage before equipment is put into action.
The department, which was headquartered at 2001 Washington Road, continued to offer mutual aid, rescue, and fire protection services to the entire community. In order to guarantee that firemen had reliable tools on hand during emergency situations, routine equipment testing continued to be a crucial component of the department's maintenance program.
