Coconut Creek, FL - The Coconut Creek Fire Rescue conducted training focused on Emergency Medical Services tactics and procedures, strengthening the skills of new personnel.


Training included advanced interventions such as the finger thoracostomy, a critical procedure used to relieve life-threatening pressure in the chest. Crews practiced proper technique, patient assessment, and application of this skill in high-acuity scenarios.


The training emphasized preparedness, precision, and the ability to deliver advanced prehospital care in critical situations.
