Binghamton, NY - The Binghamton Fire Department responded to an incident involving a cat trapped within a storm drain, prompting a careful and methodical rescue operation. Crews from Quint 3 arrived on scene, assessed access points, and worked to safely reach the confined space where the animal was located.

Firefighters utilized specialized tools and coordinated efforts to carefully access the drain and retrieve the cat without causing harm. After a controlled and patient operation, the animal was successfully removed and brought back to safety.
