June 26th marked the 62nd Anniversary of the Marshalls Creek Explosion. On June 26th 2023 a Pennsylvania historical marker and a billboard had been dedicated at the site of the explosion which is located at 5175 Milford rd (route 209) East stroudsburg, Pa 18302. Also banners have been placed on poles in the area with the pictures of the three volunteer firemen and three civilians who perished in the explosion.
