On June 27, members of Bethel Fire & EMS took part in live burn training in New Haven to improve their firefighting abilities.

Firefighters had the chance to practice fire assault, search, and suppression procedures in a controlled live-fire setting during the practical training. Despite an uptick in emergency calls in recent months, department officials stated that regular training is still a top priority.
